I started having a look at the rudder pedal assembly. I removed the necessary rivets near the firewall and replaced them with flush rivets to accomodate the rudder pedal assembly.
The measurements were completed, lines drawn, and now, I have to set the rivet locations and drill.
I also have to figure out the location of where the brake cylinder attaches to the pedal...very vague and incomplete instructions for that.
I jumped to the removable floor mod. I ordered the required nutplates and screws and started drilling and countersinking the baggage floor area to start.
Some of the locations for nutplates are going to be tight, so I'll have to see what other options might be available such as rivnuts and such.
In photo #1 the brake master cylinders are not in the correct location. They are supposed to be over the flange, which you see on each side of the rudder pedal bracket assembly. Fixed!
